Bacon wrapped-beef with asparagus and cream cheese filling; in sun dried tomato-basil sauce sitting on a potato parsnip puree
about the dish, i used:
Meat : Striploin
Puree: Potato Parsnip with Aioli
Sauce: Sun-dried tomato-basil sauce
by the way, this dish is baked without the sauce first.
